Thankfully parents no longer need to protect their charges from lions, tigers and bears; but between the hazards lurking under the kitchen sink, on top of the stove or on the street outside, the world is still a dangerous place for the little ones. On behalf of the German Insurance Association (GDV), eobiont created a set of characters, the Ampelinis, who through humor, fun, stories and games increase children’s safety awareness while they are having a ball. In addition to online games, children or their parents can download arts and crafts activities to play with away from the computer screen, just like they did in the days of lions, tigers and bears.
