The flash-based children’s website Ampelini.de attracts an enthusiastic young audience, using animation and fun, interactive games to teach lessons about child safety. Originally conceptualized and designed by eobiont, Ampelini.de has now achieved important official recognition. This year, it became a recipient of the Erfurt Netcode, a seal of approval and quality assurance for child-geared websites. The distinction was officially accepted by client Siegfried Brockmann of the German Insurance Association e.V. (GDV) in April 2010 in Erfurt.
