The goal of Initiative Hausnotruf: to improve overall accessibility to home medical alert systems, and with it, the safety and independence of elderly citizens across the country. Since 2009, eobiont has been working on a national level to clarify the use of medical alert systems to seniors and their loved ones with a marketing campaign that breaks down reservations and commonly held misconceptions against these devices. Our integrated campaign combines both on- and offline media, creative public relations, a viral video campaign and social media activities to reach multiple touch points with seniors and their families. Testimonials from celebrities and major figures from various age groups, including Dr. Norbert Blüm, former minister of labor and social affairs, crime novel author Ingrid Noll, and actor Sven Koller (Verbotene Liebe) help strengthen our message.
